1.2. Incorrect Orders: In the event of receiving an incorrect order (different from what was placed), please notify us promptly. We will arrange for the correct order to be delivered or issue a refund if necessary.

1.3. Cancellation before Delivery: Customers can cancel orders before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as per our cancellation policy.

 

2. Refund Process

2.1. Reporting an Issue: To request a refund, customers must contact VR Mart's customer service within 1 day of receiving the order. Please provide details of the issue, along with supporting evidence such as photographs, if applicable.

2.2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the reported issue to determine its validity. We may request additional information or evidence to support the refund request.

2.3. Refund or Replacement: Upon validation of the issue, VR Mart will initiate the refund process within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In case of replacement, a new delivery will be arranged at no additional cost.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1. Change of Mind: VR Mart does not offer refunds for products that were ordered but no longer desired due to a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
